I don't use Reddit's mobile app, which is awful; I use Narwhal on iOS, don't see any ads, and am reasonably happy with it. I'm one of about two semi-technical Reddit users in the world who doesn't mind the new desktop browser interface. I guess I carefully curate my Reddit feeds, but I don't find it hard to find quality posts. I may just be good at ignoring the bad ones.

I use the Reddit mobile app - find it pretty nice, honestly :)

I also like the desktop interface, and curate what groups I'm in
