I found it amusing when a few days ago the front page was littered with ChatGPT 5 news, and then suddenly, when reactions turned negative, these news entirely disappeared.

Essentially off-topic but while that's my perception too, actually there are only 3 out of 30 front page stories on AI at the current time, so it's more like 10%

It's definitely the most consistent topic but there's a lot of other stuff.

Today is not so bad indeed, we've seen between 1/5 and 1/3 in recent weeks. Quite the dilution. Granted, there's been a lot of releases lately.

I agree that there's a lot of other stuff though, even on the worst days.
