Maybe. But this is not an edge case. I consider this genuine use of the marketed tool.

I don’t believe it’s necessarily human nature. But it’s definitely human culture.

35 days (of 8 hours) is equivalent to 10 ECTS (European Credit thingies).

So equivalent to 2x 90minutes lectures + homework

I don’t think prep work sucks. Cleaning up after, though… Although maybe that’s just prep work for the next time ;-).

As German ex-football (soccer) coach Sepp Herberger would say "Nach dem Spiel ist vor dem Spiel" (After the game is before the game).

Because it doesn’t work reliably on the surface pro 4. Yes, I have tried surface-linux, and no it doesn’t work well enough. When shutting down, the machine actually doesn’t shut down and my battery was dead the next morning. The boot process sometimes hangs. The OS doesn’t properly differentiate between finger and stylus. It doesn’t seem to do palm recognition. Etc…

I know this is a special case: hardware with specific Microsoft firmware. But I imagine that other people have other specific cases.

Currently, the switch from light to dark (or vice versa) is very disruptive. Imagine switching every few minutes just because some clouds pass by, to me that sounds terrible.

It is an OS setting to follow sunrise/sunset.

In all these pictures, the empty set is missing (-: . Of course you could argue that they’re also missing in Venn diagrams, but it’s common to just point on the outside.

One example included the empty set, the other did not. It doesn't always make sense to have it.

The three lightgray circles in the examples are the empty set.

They don’t store email addresses with password in the database. That would be way too risky. These are separate databases, so you can lookup your email address, and separately check a password.

I think for passwords they only store a hashed version.

Btw they are not storing more info along the email address, because that would be way too risky. Just imagine the HIBP database being leaked.

Also, they don’t always know where your info has leaked. Some datasets are aggregates.
