Might it have something to do with this? https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=20190025

I just find the timing amusing to be honest. If both Russia and the US are vulnerable to cyber attacks on the power grid, there is no doubt in my mind that Argentina is much more vulnerable.

This is making me angry. How come people are so stupid?

That is your fault for not making the right contract. If it is really important that they stick around for more than a year, it has to be in the contract, with penalties if they quit earlier.

Nor should they, they put you through too much bullshit to deserve honesty.

I was not aware that a tesla would need so many backend services as he says, but I guess that it makes sense. Do you think that someday they could open up their platform (out of necessity maybe) to third party providers for each of the services? Some competition would mitigate the broken services issues.

I'm not prepared to seriously advocate this, just some food for thought: think up some alternatives to capitalism. I think it is the highest threat to our civilization, climate change comes second.

What about this?

>I’m almost certain the cost of fixing the code exceeded the margin on revenue due to writing it in the first place.

Does bussiness really not care that you have to build the same thing twice?

Notice that the whole Momo thing is just a creepy meme. The "challenge" part of this is 100% fake news, I know because it started being reported on after the suicide of a 12 y/o in Argentina. Cable news ran away with it, with zero evidence.

In my company they outright refused to pay for a test case management solution, so we are using this free plugin for Jira: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214038/qaspace-test-...

It works alright.
