Feels like job boards are a category of product that lends themselves to niche offerings (although arguably remote jobs is a pretty big niche). The biggest job board in Australia is seek.com.au and it still sucks, so more power to you guys.

And yes, I think there's a big opportunity to create super targeted job boards where you can customize the experience for a particular audience, similar to how each component of Craigslist has been turned into a new company over time.
