I am looking for good developers for a new project.

I had some luck looking on GitHub and StackOverflow. I look for people around me using the sites search tools, then I google them to find their personal sites, Quora posts or similar.

It works quite well but this process is tedious.

I was wondering if someone already made an integrated solution for this?

I'd want to select an area, my tech stack, and get a complete summary of developers around me.

If it doesn't exist yet I would consider building it.
