People on Bill Parcels team cared, and their fans, but all Bill Parcels can do is go out and coach and take responsibility.

All the CEO of zenefits can do is lead, take responsibility, and try to make the best decisions for the company.

The point is that nobody cares why you are failing, only that you are.

I think the takeaway was that nobody cares about the excuses, or reasons for the failure and not the failure itself. Investors, board members and employees would obviously care about the failure.
