(If he's going to worry about something, I would suggest that since he worries about such rare events as movie theater shootings, he ought to worry a lot more about Russia invading Estonia...)
The correct question is: how strong is corruption in other countries if Japan is basically considered a no-corruption area even if they have zaibatsus and Yakuza?
