The data team builds data tooling and infrastructure that our colleagues use everyday in order to find new ways to increase customer happiness with each of our products. These tools sit on top of the incredible amount of business, usage, and customer data that New Relic possesses. We face a number of different kinds of technical challenges that come with any modern data team, and we'd love to talk to you more about them.
The Growth Engineering and Growth Engagement teams focus on building customer experiences to drive adoption, onboarding, cross-product expansion, and retention across our product suite. We use experimentation to drive conversion rates and revenue opportunities, while also increasing customer engagement and happiness.
