I was hoping for something a little more "good cop/bad cop" but with PMs. This was only an article telling people what to do without any reasons given. That's really not how to convince anyone. Nor is it how people learn.

Bad Author: Tells me what to do without bothering to understand me.

Bad Author: A demotivational poster without the humor.

I don't disagree that there could be a lot more context there, but as a PM myself, the tips are not bad. Just missing the whys.
