According to a recent study [1], high consumption of fructose contributes to a leaky gut. If there is indeed a correlation in humans, not just mice, theoretically you could ease arthritis symptoms by reducing your consumption of sugar.
It’s beyond theory at this point - there is strong clinical evidence that fasting and dietary changes will significantly alleviate rheumatoid arthritis.
