In general, I think that politicians are entitled to far less privacy. Especially for finances.
Note that in many places at least some politicians are obligated to list their income, what they own etc. Which is made public. While for regular citizens such info is private.
Even if somehow not strictly illegal, then Babiš part seems really suspicious if true.
