Expiring offers? Expiring signing bonuses? How disrespectful to peoples' time and competing obligations.
If I had competing offers, I wouldn't take yours on principle of disrespect for me taking my time to make important decisions. I'd take yours if I was low on cash-- not because I'd want to work for someone like you.
