The only reason people listen to this man en masse is that is he good at getting rich, which affords power. But I would never want a building designed only by a Heart Surgeon, a Chef, or a Professional Athlete just because they are good at their job, so why are we listening to a banker? Any profession will just optimize for things dealing with their speciality. Money is all about productivity and collaboration, so that is what he is trying to encourage, but misses the point by forcing it by making living conditions so unbearable. Might as well force workers into shitty conditions so they would rather be on a factory floor than at home.

I can't believe the greedy administrators that OKed this project. There is a reason no one wants to live in what are essentially cells given a choice, its miserable.
