Cool idea! Reminds a bit of Jonathan Abrams' 'Nuzzel' - absorbed into Twitter Inc, perhaps now powering some features of 'Twitter Blue' subscription services.
The auto-reload is a bit disorienting - I'd suggest an option or mode where the pages only update after user actions.
A bunch of the terms/actions/icons are unclear. EG: What's 'tuning' mean with respect to my "@@username"? What's 'tweeted for' mean? Will a 'star' here have effects on Twitter, or just locally? What will 'subscribe' do? Will clicking an 'X' do something irreversible? (Don't need answers here - but better hinting on site near the actions would be great.)
It might be OK for people to figure these out via exploration - as long as there's enough confidence exploration won't inadvertently create other annoyances. Adding floating tooltips for most clickable regions with a bit more detail could help a lot.
Nothing you do on Serendeputy will affect anything on Twitter -- I'm not trying to play any viral games. That was a easy first principle to start with.
I'll keep working on the tool tips and the copy. I'm working on the balance of "simple for first time user" vs. "expose the depth of the application..."
