Seems like you can only pick 2 out of 3. Edit: Today I learned there is iCloud for Windows, so you can point Obsidian to the iCloudDrive/Obsidian folder. Going to give it a try.

The Windows version of iCloud causes file duplication and corruption with Obsidian, unfortunately.
