im more wondering about their net promoter score, actual onboarded per month vs churned per month



nit: AFAIK, "net promoter score" is derived from polling users with the question "how likely are you to recommend this product?"

I think what you're describing (churned over onboarded users at month M) is the "churn rate".


Doubt anyone care, it's not a for-profit endeavour, there is no one interested in buying them out that will ask them for that kind of stats.
