I'm glad to read that, even though I'm not affiliated with Zoho. Probably because they're not a part of the pump and dump schemes and also their products are pretty straightforward (not focussing on shiny bells and whistles).
Which Zoho product are you using btw? I'm using mail and I sometimes do experience the occasional bug.
Same for me I don't use much more than mail, calender and notes but the value you get for 2,5€ per user/month is amazing. They have problems with their exchange endpoint that breaks desktop and mobile outlook but there are workarounds.
I had imagined long back of a company that would acquire Zoho and Zoom when they were pretty nascent. Currently that company would be worth Billions and would seriously pose threat to Google and Microsoft in Enterprise communications space. Zoom is an amazing video calling solution and Zoho is everything most enterprises would ever need.
I'm using Zoho and it is the absolute best, overall, for the price.
Nobody can touch it. Great service, great value.
