This is a PDF file. It doesn't seem like the kind of thing that should be a PDF file, so unfortunately I won't be opening it.

Okay. The link I found had an interesting angle because it discusses insulin in diabetes. But this is a study about making a commercial beverage by adding grapes to help ferment it.

Definitely didn't need to be a pdf.


Grapes have yeast in their surface, and that helps with fermenting.
