This is pretty big, opening up Starlink to everywhere in the world. I guess it is renaming Starlink for RV. I can't get availability map to load so can't tell if it is really worldwide.
The in-motion flat antenna is five months old. It is $2500 but useful for those who want to use while moving or have easier to mount flat. I'm curious if the sailing Youtubers I watch will upgrade.
One new thing is that Roam is supposedly geofenced to land. This is disappointing to sailing cruisers who had been using RV service from middle of ocean. And don't want to pay $1000/mo Maritime service meant for yachts and freighters.
