11% of the population has diabetes, 15% prediabetic, 30% obese

This is crazy. Diabetes is adding a lot of stress on health infrastructures in case of emergency (earthquakes and the likes). Insulin goes bad after two weeks, so you need a constant flow of it to keep your people alive.

I hope I'm over stressed about this.
