Seems like not a lot money in the grand scheme of things. Wouldn't have minded a relatively hefty fine, but maybe I don't know all the details...

I agree. At their scale, that fine is a ‘cost of doing business’ tax.

It also seems likely that number will be litigated down to something much smaller by the time the legal dust settles.
