Ask HN: What are the best examples of native Mac apps with rich user interfaces?

I’m going to follow this thread more than contribute (I want to find more!) but I feel DaisyDisk is the quintessential example of a Mac app with a custom UI that still feels very native and very Mac. It’s very clear and expressive and presents its data beautifully, I view it as very “rich” within a narrow scope of function and purpose.

For what it's worth, the website is really slick, too! The slowly rotating disk looks like something from a science-fiction movie display.
