My first smartphone was a cheap Android I got for school work, back in 2012. The first app I installed was Twitter. I went to Google Play on my laptop, hit "Install", and a few seconds later, a download was triggered on the phone.
No wires!
The experience then was uncanny. I was finally in the future.
The Oculus space walk. I stood in my kitchen and my wife made a video of me as I wanted around reaching out for things, nearly falling over. It was really amazing. Maybe I am not easily impressed but that was something incredible for me.
