Hi, this isn't a requirement. The qualifications listed in the Notion link are:

- Knowledge and practical experience with Common Lisp, although strong engineering habits and advanced skills in software architecture are more important than many years of experience with the language - Openness, eagerness to learn and ability to quickly master new concepts - Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in a remote work setting which includes both synchronous and asynchronous communication - Ability to express ideas clearly, seek understanding, and work in tandem with other team members - Willingness to perform pair programming remotely with other team members when appropriate - Proactivity; we will not assign tasks to you, but expect you to solve known and unknown problems - Take the initiative in identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes
