I was enamored with the Dao De Jing the first time I read it. I also particularly liked the layout and step by step translations of the copy I got on recommendation from a friend.

Soon after I emailed the publisher/author (Imagin8 Press) and asked if I could license the book to turn it into an app.

Shortly after the Baader-Meinhof Phenomenon kicked in and I started seeing the Dao posted on HN all the time.

So, here it is! A free app that gives a daily chapter of the Dao De Jing with step by step translations. The full version of the book is available as an in app purchase and the revenue is shared with the original authors.
