It really feels like Bellingcat has bumped their journalistic game. Previously I remember them being really good at confirming or contextualizing open source intelligence especially via geolocating events, particularly in Ukraine. But their journalism aspects was severely lacking.

In this report they talk to several experts in the field, including UN officials, they ask for responses at the IDF, etc. So not only is this a nice forensic job (usual for Bellingcat; and the reason they have so many submissions here on HN) but also an excellent peace of investigative journalism. I hope Bellingcat keeps this up.
