They'd need to define what's social media and what's an appropriate limit and how it's displayed or enforced. That's going to be an interesting quagmire. Might be nothing but "parental advisory" stickers on webpages and apps. Might be a vaguely worded arbitrary law that's used whenever it's convenient. Might just be a clickbait headline.
