I'm afraid Google will not be quite this magnanimous if Perplexity ever became anything more than a tiny blip on the radar. I'll never understand why anyone would carry water for a monopolist behemoth which would squash them without noticing if they became a threat.

I have been using Perplexity recently and subscribed to Perplexity Pro. I find it very useful, and I even use ChatGPT much less now.
