I don’t think that’s entirely fair in a country where a car is practically a requirement for living (getting to work, grocery shopping). People shouldn’t speed, and they shouldn’t drive with a suspended license, but it’s hard to ignore the reality that not driving isn’t an actual option for a lot of people.

It is also not fair for ones family to be killed by repeat speeder.
