My situation is I possibly have a "local rhinitis", though my ENT dismissed that. I base that on him visually confirming that I have an allergic reaction in my sinuses, but my allergy screening on my shoulder showed no reactions. Next steps are to get a CPAP, which will give me high humidity air and treat minor apnea, and a nebulizer treatment once a quarter, plus taking allergy medicine semi-regularly.
