If I was Tim Apple, I would make an "AI server". Basically take a bunch of M-series chips, attach some HBM memory, and put it in a shiny box. Sell it as: The most powerful Apple computer ever made. Made in America.
Never going to be a volume product, a lot simpler to assemble compared to an iPhone.
