Mentally I compare this to Gong [1], and, if you intend to scale towards enterprise sellers using your product, they would be well worth studying. Gong takes great care to integrate with CRMs like Salesforce, meaning that not only does it track your calls and provide (opportunities for managers to give) coaching, it's also deal and account aware, so for example itll take a language query like "show me what happened in account X last week" and return calls and emails and CRM records. It has a little projection capability as well reminiscent of Clari.

Your real time prompting capability looks unique. In an earlier universe, of telephone call based sales, it would have been called monitor/whisper/barge, that being a feature where call center managers could listen in to sales calls and "whisper" in the rep's ear.
