Not the worst idea, but I still need text to search if I need to search that information sometime.

Short form video information, I can't imagine it lasts long in anyone's brain. Email is hard enough as it is ....

Story: I worked at a company that acquired my organization once. I went to their corporate office to follow around one of the technical leads of their support organization. I sat in a meeting where this technical lead noted that someone made a mistake because they did something they were told not to do in an email. I searched and noted that I didn't have any of that information either, she noted "Oh that's because you joined us 9 months ago, I sent out that email before that.". I was a little flabbergasted until later in the day I realized this woman had something akin to near perfect memory.

A nice wiki was born not long after ;)
