Not much info on what exactly was "garbage" about it other than talking about the timing of the request.

Gotta wonder. I do run across code and sometimes think "Come on man, I can't imagine you even looked at this and really thought about it ..." Usually I mean that semi sarcastically, now maybe literally.


Not that it should matter, but Palmer hasn't worked for Google since 2021.
