I'd pay for a credit card that had zero rewards but always used a PIN.


Why not use a debit card, then?


If you could find me a bank (or better yet a credit union) that issues a debit card that always requires a PIN, I would be ecstatic.

Theoretically they should exist, e.g. using just interbank networks like STAR, NYCE, and Interlink, but everywhere I looked either exclusively uses the Visa or Mastercard network, or supports those networks with the same card number used on an interbank network, making PINs optional at best.
