I love your blog. As an aside, on OBEY - I also love smoking and have quit - except for one time - for years now. And a thing that's helped immensely, is just sitting and becoming comfortable with the idea that I will always want cigarettes. It's just biology. When I tried to do things like to distract myself, like your suggestions in OBEY, the desire became stronger. So, my suggestion is to lean into the discomfort of not having something you want. Or wanting something, and deciding not to take it.
