So far, despite so much said about Ukraine or Israel, politicians have said little about Taiwan. I doubt they care.

Realistically, Russia appears to have its military hands full with Ukraine alone. Moreover, Russia's logistical limits seem to have shown up in Ukraine as well - its military moves by train. How much help can Russia offer China, especially since they use different train track gauges.
