Open what? How? It just says "[flagged]" for me and there is no way that I can see to actually read it. Even clicking directly on the comment doesn't show it. Unless there is some magic way to do it that I'm not aware of.
That doesn't work if you have the ShowDead flag on, as it turns out. But alas, I didn't even know this existed, I changed the flag to on and now I can see the comment.
