For example, 2011 MBP laptops are having huge problems with the GPU and Apple is saying nothing. The user forums at Apple are overloaded with complaints, but no employee dignifies that with an answer. To me that seems like very bad customer service.

Hep I have one of them. 2.7GHz i7 with 16Gb of RAM just sitting here rotting because it's unreliable and unsaleable.
