You should be good with python, pylons, cogen, PHP, JavaScript, Linux, etc. You should be about 20-26 years old, good at math, looking to make a lot of money (I have specific targets), and not lost in delusions about "changing the world" and chasing VC funding. Products must have a clear monetization strategy from day 1. Looking to do some cool stuff combining nerdy genius with internet marketing. That's cool. Still, it's better form to at least try to not to use language that smacks of category-based discrimination. Just stating your age, for example, will instantly repel anyone in the pushing-30-or-over set.
