There's nothing illegal about age discrimination when choosing a cofounder, just as there isn't when choosing a friend.

I'd suggest one of the cofounder-wanted threads would be better, then, than a hiring thread.


That's cool. Still, it's better form to at least try to not to use language that smacks of category-based discrimination. Just stating your age, for example, will instantly repel anyone in the pushing-30-or-over set.


In the past I have attracted older people who want to partner, so although I welcome advice on form your feedback is flawed.
