This is not how we, as Americans, do things. You appeal, until you get the judgement you like, or you run out of money. Getting ruled against happens. That's how you know you're wrong.

Three things:

1. Since Musk has basically unlimited money he can circumvent the rule of law 2. If enough judges who rule against him get impeached, the judicial branch will lose credibility. I doubt we want to go there. 3. Kids these days.

Polite correction: that's how you know your position has been decided against. Judges (including appellate judges) fail/refuse to apply their own rules in order to reach the result they want all the time, and they often get decisions wrong unintentionally too.

Thank you, indeed. I was thinking that "you get ruled against" was at the SCOTUS level, and therefore unappealable, or at the ran-out-of-money level. I was unclear, my apologies and gratitude for the correction.
